The “My Space Report” service provides institutions with a bespoke consultancy report that includes data analysis, conclusions and recommendations that help to uncover opportunities for improving how teaching space is used within the estate.
Each report focusses on exploring how the institutions teaching spaces are being used, carrying out data analysis techniques that investigate how space type, department vs central, timeslot and day, timetable vs actual usage, room requirement, location and building utilisation rates differ and effect the institutions overall utilisation rate.
As well providing data analysis the report also provides detailed and actionable conclusions and recommendations. Each focuses on providing institutions with clear and fact based information that can be used to not only understand but also improve how space is being used.
The individual and bespoke “My Space Report’s” are created once per year for each institution and can be produced and made available to a member within 10 working days of receiving the teaching space utilisation data. The report is available in downloadable form and the data analysis tables used in the report can also be made available in a downloadable Microsoft Excel format if requested.
Unlike the other services offered by Education Space Consultancy, the “My Space Report” is only made available to the institution who’s data has been included in the report. However, members are free to discuss their results, ask questions etc via The Community if they choose.
